Deposits & Withdrawals

Log in, click “Deposit” on the homepage, choose your method/amount, and click [Deposit Now]. Scan the QR code with your payment app. Once paid, return to the homepage; points are credited in real-time.

Generally, funds are credited automatically within 5-10 minutes. If they don’t appear after 10 minutes, contact customer service.

Common reasons include: entering an incorrect amount compared to the order, depositing into an old/deactivated account, or paying after the 10-minute order timeout.

If a recommended amount fails, try entering the amount manually. If it still fails, contact online customer service with your ID and proof of deposit.

The minimum deposit per transaction is ₱50, and the maximum is ₱50,000.

All deposits require only a 1x turnover. For example, a ₱100 deposit requires ₱100 in valid bets to be eligible for withdrawal.

Yes. All results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and undergo monthly audits by independent, internationally recognized third-party financial companies.

Focus on “Kill Stealing” (shooting fish others have already hit), target “Bomb Fish” for screen clears, and use the “Lock-On” feature to ensure bullets hit your specific target without being blocked.

It is recommended to shoot common fish (Orcas, Turtles) and clusters. Avoid fast redfish or focusing only on big fish, as they can waste bullets without providing a return.

Each fish has a health bar. Target fish with lower health for a guaranteed one-shot kill.

Sports Betting Rules

Settlement is based on the full-time duration of 90 minutes, including injury stoppage time. Extra time and penalties are not included.

Single bets are processed within 15-30 minutes of the event ending. Accumulators are processed within 2 hours of the final event’s official result.

If a match does not resume within 36 hours of the scheduled kick-off, bets are considered void and refunded, unless a result was already clearly determined.

This is a bet on whether the home team wins (1), the match is a draw (X), or the away team wins (2) within the 90-minute game.

You predict if the total goals will be an odd or even number. A 0-0 score is calculated as “Even.”

If a market produces two or more winners, your stake is divided by the number of winners and then multiplied by the original odds.

Live Casino Rules (Baccarat, Roulette, Sic Bo)

Our live baccarat games use a total of 8 decks of cards.

Bet on the ‘Banker’, ‘Player’, or ‘Tie’. The side with points closest to 9 wins. Face cards and 10s count as 0.

Banker wins pay 0.95:1, Player wins pay 1:1, and a Tie pays 8:1.

When 0 appears, all bets (Red/Black, Odd/Even, etc.) lose, except for bets placed specifically on or involving the number 0.

If a “Triple” occurs (all three dice same), all bets on Big/Small and Odd/Even are considered losses.

The goal is to have a hand value higher than the dealer’s without exceeding 21. A “Blackjack” is an Ace and a 10-point card.
